Step 2 — AI Coaches You Weekly: Every Monday at 6:30 AM, you get a Telegram message with your progress, 2-3 specific actions with expected dollar impact, and industry benchmarks for context.
Step 3 — Adaptive Frequency: On track? Coaching comes weekly. Falling behind? Monday + Wednesday. At risk? Monday + Wednesday + Friday. Ahead of schedule? Biweekly — no unnecessary noise.
